REAL ESTATE? NEVER HEARD OF THEM!
It's a sad fact of life! Unless
you’re from this part of the world, you probably never even heard of Seashore
Real Estate.
It could have been different. Ever since these folks
opened their office in 1981, they’ve stayed clear of the big inter-
national franchises for fear they would be swallowed up and lose their
personal touch. I guess they just wanted to be themselves.
That’s one of the things you’ll find about them today.
They’re not a high volume or high pressure real estate company. They don’t
have any "Million Dollar" clubs and they don’t give themselves
those endless "Top Producer" awards. Seashore is just a small
company with a few very capable and very caring people who know how to do
the job properly while they treat you fairly and courteously. From what I
hear on the beach, they plan to keep it that way.
That’s not to say they don’t have their fans. In fact, they get lots
of referrals from their former clients and that’s a pretty good sign.
The people who have been good enough to buy and sell with them have found
that although Seashore
is one of the oldest, most respected companies in town, they have
not lost the personal touch.
I think it’s really neat and unless you’re one of
those people who like being treated like just another face in the crowd, I
think you’ll like it too.
